Exterior Design
Bold, refined, and confidently proportioned, the BYD Tang DM-i brings a sophisticated presence to the mid-size SUV segment. Measuring 4,870 mm long and 1,950 mm wide, its spacious proportions are complemented by 20-inch alloy wheels, while 182 mm of ground clearance provides everyday versatility for family journeys and longer adventures.

Performance & Efficiency
At the heart of the Tang DM-i is BYD’s Super DM-i Technology, combining a front-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with a 1.5-liter turbo high-efficiency generator. The system delivers 271 PS and 315 Nm of torque through the front wheels and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 7.5 seconds.

Its 21.5 kWh BYD Blade Battery provides up to 110 km of electric driving range, while the complete Super DM-i powertrain extends the combined driving range to as much as 1,160 km.

Interior & Technology
Inside, the Tang DM-i is designed around family comfort and flexibility. Its seven-seat configuration features adaptable second- and third-row seating, while heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof create a more comfortable environment for every journey.

A 15.6-inch touchscreen powered by BYD’s DiLink system anchors the cabin, complemented by wireless smartphone integration, voice control, over-the-air updates, and a 12-speaker Dynaudio audio system. Advanced driver-assistance features include a 360° camera with See-Through Mode, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and collision warning.
