• Non-Binding Financial Calculations: Online monthly amortization tables, downpayment calculators, and promo quotes are strictly indicative and non-binding. Official on-the-road (OTR) purchase amounts—including chattel mortgage fees, comprehensive motor vehicle insurance, Compulsory Third-Party Liability (CTPL), and Land Transportation Office (LTO) registration fees—are finalized solely upon formal credit approval from accredited banking partners and signing of the binding Vehicle Sales Order (VSO).
3. Technical Specifications, Battery Metrics & Electric Driving Range
• Standardized Testing Protocols: Electric vehicle range figures, energy efficiency ratings, and acceleration performance metrics (such as WLTP, NEDC, or CLTC standards) are obtained under controlled laboratory conditions in accordance with international homologation testing standards.
• Real-World Operational Variations: Actual on-road driving range, battery efficiency, and charging speeds will vary according to individual driving behavior, road topography, ambient temperature, air-conditioning usage, vehicle payload, tire pressure, and normal battery degradation over the operating lifecycle of the traction battery.
4. Philippine Lemon Law (Republic Act No. 10642)
• Consumer Protection Standards: All brand-new motor vehicles sold by our authorized dealership are fully covered by Republic Act No. 10642 (The Philippine Lemon Law). If, within twelve (12) months from the date of original delivery or up to twenty thousand (20,000) kilometers of operation (whichever comes first), the vehicle fails to conform to manufacturer standards or specifications despite at least four (4) separate repair attempts for the same non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to statutory remedies administered through the DTI mediation and adjudication process.
• Proper Maintenance Compliance: Protection under R.A. 10642 requires consumer adherence to prescribed Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) intervals at authorized dealership service centers and the exclusive use of genuine manufacturer parts.
5. Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394)

6. Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA – Republic Act No. 11697)
• Statutory Privileges: Electric vehicles (BEVs) and qualifying plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) distributed through our dealership are eligible for statutory privileges under R.A. 11697 (EVIDA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
